The upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra and X300s have been officially confirmed for a launch event on March 30 in China, with sales set to begin on April 3 alongside the Vivo Pad 6 Pro. The X300 Ultra positions itself as the "ultimate flagship" with a rumored dual 200MP camera setup (main and periscope) and a new Telephoto Extender Kit capable of 400mm reach (17x optical zoom), as showcased at MWC 2026. It is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and a massive 7,000mAh battery, with color options likely including Black, Silver, and Green.

The Vivo X300s targets endurance users with a slightly larger 7,100mAh battery, the largest in the X series, paired with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and a 144Hz flat display for gaming. While it retains the Zeiss imaging partnership, its camera setup focuses on balanced performance rather than the Ultra's extreme zoom capabilities. Both devices will offer up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, with the X300s arriving in colors like Purple, White, and Green, and the X300 Ultra tipped for a global launch.
