Xiaomi Civi 6 Might Still Launch as New Leaks Hint at Arrival

Xiaomi may not have cancelled its premium-focused Civi lineup after all. Fresh leaks circulating online suggest that the Xiaomi Civi 6 is still in development, despite earlier reports claiming the series had been shelved. The new information hints at a flagship-level smartphone with a strong focus on design, cameras, and AI-driven features.

Xiaomi Civi 6 Development: What the Latest Leaks Say

New leaks suggest Xiaomi is still working on the Civi 6 despite earlier cancellation rumours.

According to multiple tipsters, Xiaomi is continuing work on a new Civi-series smartphone, widely believed to be the Civi 6. The leaks indicate that internal testing is ongoing, which strongly suggests that the project was delayed rather than cancelled.

While Xiaomi has not officially confirmed the device, the timing of these leaks points toward a potential launch later this year, starting with the Chinese market.

Expected Features and Hardware Highlights

Early information hints that the Xiaomi Civi 6 could sit closer to a flagship than a mid-range device. The phone is rumored to feature a high-end chipset, a slim metal frame, and a curved AMOLED display with ultra-thin bezels.

Camera performance is also expected to be a key focus. Leaks suggest a large high-resolution primary sensor, a telephoto lens, and a premium front camera, continuing the Civi series’ reputation for selfie and portrait photography.

AI Features and Software Experience

The Xiaomi Civi 6 is rumored to introduce new AI-powered features, including a customizable shortcut button that could provide quick access to frequently used apps, camera modes, or system tools.

On the software side, the device is expected to ship with Xiaomi’s latest Android skin, bringing performance optimizations, enhanced privacy controls, and deeper AI integration across the system.

Xiaomi Civi 6 Launch Timeline and Availability

As of now, Xiaomi has not shared any official launch date for the Civi 6. However, based on leak patterns, the phone could be unveiled first in China, with a possible global release under a different branding strategy.

More concrete details regarding pricing, variants, and availability are expected to surface closer to the official announcement.
